By downloading, installing, or using the IMGGuess application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IMGGuess is a visual trivia mobile game that allows users to:

• Participate in multiplayer trivia games
• Earn experience points (XP) and achievements
• Customize their profile with unlockable content
• Compete on global leaderboards
• Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

5.1 Premium Features

The App offers premium features and virtual items that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5.2 Virtual Currency

Virtual currency earned or purchased in the App has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, and game mechanics, are owned by IMGGuess and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMGGuess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
